SmartBox (catalog item)​

The SmartBox is the MARSTEK backup accessory that lets VENUS E batteries provide whole-house backup.

The catalog's "up to 2 Venus units" (single-phase) and the datasheet's three-phase "7.5 kW / 15.36 kWh" (which suggests 3 × 2.5 kW / 3 × 5.12 kWh) describe different SmartBox configurations. No SmartBox datasheet, wiring guide or price is in the source set. Only a qualified installer should design a SmartBox system, using MARSTEK's documentation.

The panel name "INFINITY" and the 238.4 × 130.3 × 3.3 cm dimension come from the e-Catalog's compressed text layer. In that text the dimension sits next to the powerbank entry, but its size only makes sense for a panel. There is no panel datasheet in the source set: no electrical values (Voc, Isc, Vmp, Imp), weight, warranty or certifications. Do not use this panel for string sizing or compatibility checks with the MARS I PLUS, V6000 or V500 until a datasheet is available.

MARSTEK mobile app (catalog item)​

The e-Catalog's app page carries the message "Monitor. Optimize. Save." What the manuals say about the MARSTEK app:

  • It connects to devices over Bluetooth or Wi-Fi, tracks energy usage and production in real time, shows live device status, and controls energy management (V500, M1200 and M2200 manuals).
  • The V500 manual lists support for Android 6.0 or higher and iOS 12.0 or higher, and notes the app is updated continuously, so screens may differ from the guide.
  • The M1200 / M2200 manuals say to download it from Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS), or by scanning the QR code in the manual.
  • In the app you can:
    • choose VENUS E working modes (Self-Consumption, AI Optimization, Manual);
    • switch the V6000 between Backup and Economic modes;
    • set an AC no-load auto-shutdown timer on the M-series power stations.

The Brand Kit teaser shows "MARSTEK VENUS E 4.0: The Best Plug-in Battery. Now Refined. 3 kW 5 kWh Plug-in Battery." That is all the source says. There is no datasheet, manual, launch date or price. Until those arrive, sell and support the current VENUS E 3.0.

The Brand Kit teaser announces MARSTEK AI as "AI-optimized home energy storage" with three points: High-Efficiency, AI-Driven Energy Management, and Residential and Balcony Energy Storage Systems, ending "Intelligent Energy. Coming Soon."

How this relates to today's products

Current engineering documents already describe AI features: the VENUS E AI Optimization mode (charging strategies built from consumption, solar generation and real-time electricity pricing) and the MARS I PLUS AI Mode (select your electricity provider and keep the system online). The VENUS E 3.0 and MARS I PLUS datasheets both list "MARSTEK AI: AI-Driven Energy Optimization". Whether the teaser refers to a new product, a new service or these existing features is not stated. Do not promise anything beyond the existing modes.
