General first steps
These steps come from the VENUS E manual's troubleshooting section and apply as a sensible first pass for any product:
- Check all electrical connections and the battery status.
- Restart the system using the proper power-cycling procedure for that product.
- Look up the error code on the product's page here or in its manual.
- If the problem continues, contact support with the device model and serial details, a description of the fault, and any error codes or indicator lights you see.
