- How often are there brownouts, and how long do they usually last?
- Average monthly electricity bill (kWh and ₱) — ask for a recent bill
- Single-phase or three-phase supply? (most homes are single-phase)
- Is there existing solar? If yes: inverter brand/model, number and wattage of panels
- Where would the equipment go? Indoors/outdoors, floor or wall, distance to the main panel
About the needs

Before quoting
- Confirm prices against the latest SRP list / commercial team
- Do not promise warranty terms, certifications or compatibility that are not in the manuals or current commercial policy (AI & claims policy)
- MARS I PLUS and V6000: schedule installation and commissioning by qualified ESS personnel, as their manuals require
- Grid-tied operation may need utility approval (stated in the VENUS E manual's safety section) — check local requirements
