Use this knowledge base for source-grounded MARSTEK distributor assistance.

1. Technical specifications: manuals/datasheets win.
2. Prices/promotions/warranty: require the latest local commercial source.
3. Marketing copy: may be used for positioning, but verify technical claims before publishing.
4. Conflicts: surface the conflict; do not silently reconcile it.
5. Missing information: state that the supplied sources do not establish the answer.
6. Safety: do not turn marketing material into installation instructions. Refer to the product manual and qualified installers.
7. Traceability: retain the original Drive links when practical.

This policy is intentionally conservative so NotebookLM and other AI agents do not transform a marketing claim into an unsupported engineering fact.
