Estimator pricing basis
The online estimator prices a system in two parts:
- MARSTEK equipment at the Philippine SRP from the price list, unchanged.
- Solar installation (panels, mounting, inverter, wiring, labour, design) from the defaults below. They were set on 9 October 2026 from published Philippine installer packages and shop listings.
Admins can change every value on the estimator's admin page. These are market-based estimates, not supplier quotes. Replace them with Silvera's own supplier and installer quotes as they come in.
Defaults and their basis
All values are VAT-inclusive retail prices.
| Item | Default | Market range found | Basis |
|---|---|---|---|
| Solar panel | 620 W N-type at ₱13/W (≈ ₱8,060 each) | ₱9–19/W | Tongwei 615 W ₱5,500 (Sungrid); SolarPower Energy Jinko 625–725 W ₱6,900, LONGi ₱6,500 (5-piece minimum); AE 550 W ₱8,500 and Bluesun 700 W ₱13,000 (RSS) |
| Mounting | ₱1,500 per panel | ₱900–2,500 | Rail ≈ ₱519/m (Solaric) plus feet and clamps (Sungrid) |
| Electrical BOS | ₱12,000 + ₱2/W | ₱8,000 + ₱1/W to ₱18,000 + ₱3/W | Breaker, isolator, combiner and cable listings (LakaSolar, Sungrid) |
| Grid-tie inverter (VENUS E only) | ₱7,000/kW, minimum ₱25,000 | ₱5,000–10,500/kW | Deye 5 kW ₱27,000; Solis 10 kW ₱60,000; Huawei 5 kW ₱52,000 |
| Labour | ₱8/W, minimum ₱20,000 | ₱7,000–13,000 per kW | Installer cost guides, Aug 2026 |
| Design, engineering & project management | 20% of the installation work | Installer margin and overhead ≈ 15–25% | Component costs alone come to ≈ ₱38/W, but installers sell at ₱42–48/W |
| Net-metering (optional) | ₱18,000 | ₱10,000–35,000 | Meralco application free; ERC certificate ₱1,500; meter up to ₱3,000 (ERC, Sept 2025); plus engineer-signed plans and permits |
| VAT | 12%, already included in the prices | — | The RE Act (RA 9513 Sec. 15) zero-rates RE developers only; home buyers pay 12% |
The quote shows the VAT inside the total. MARSTEK SRPs are consumer prices that already include VAT, so VAT is not added on top. The design share is not applied to MARSTEK equipment.
Check against published packages
The solar part of an estimator quote (the total without the MARSTEK battery) lines up with VAT-inclusive installed grid-tie packages:
| System size | Estimator | Published package |
|---|---|---|
| ~3.3 kWp | ₱46/W | 2cay Solar 3.3 kW: ₱166,000 (₱50/W) |
| ~5.5 kWp | ₱42/W | 2cay 5.5 kW: ₱251,000 (₱46/W); EcoSolutions 5 kW: ₱260,000 (₱52/W) |
| ~8 kWp | ₱42/W | 2cay 8.25 kW: ₱356,000 (₱43/W) |
| ~9.3 kWp | ₱41/W | 2cay 9.35 kW: ₱387,000 (₱41/W) |
Complete systems with a MARSTEK battery:
| Estimator quote | Total | Comparable market price |
|---|---|---|
| VENUS E 3.0 (5.12 kWh) + 4.96 kWp | ₱327,696 | 2cay 5.55 kW + 5.12 kWh hybrid: ₱379,000; ranges for 5 kW + 5 kWh: ₱280,000–350,000 |
| MARS I PLUS 10.24 kWh + 4.96 kWp | ₱455,696 | Ecoplus 5 kWp + 10 kWh hybrid: ₱420,000–600,000 |
What still needs a real quote
- Panel model and price. Get dated quotes for the same model at 1, 5 and 10 pieces and a full pallet, delivered to Batangas, ex-VAT and VAT-inclusive.
- The MARSTEK Infinity (695–720 W) launch is public (BusinessMirror, 18 Aug 2026), but no price or model code is. marstek.ph is still a "launching soon" page.
- Its specs match DMEGC's earlier Infinity G12T-B66HSW 695–720 W panel. No public source names DMEGC as the maker.
- Installer labour and scope for Batangas roofs.
- BATELEC fees and rates. No published net-metering fees or current rates were found for BATELEC I or II. Ask customers which utility serves them.
- MARS I PLUS expansion box/kit for more than 3 battery modules. The estimator flags it but does not price it.
- VENUS E Mini price. It is not on the SRP flyer, so its price stays marked indicative.
